Chemical name: Ammonium Acid Sulfite.
Chemical formula: (NH4)HSO3
Appearance: transparent light yellow to greenish liquid of stinging smell.
Packing: in bulk, 270 kg drums, up to 1,400 kg containers or the container required by the customer.
Uses
Water applications: It is used as an oxygen scavenger
agent.
Chemically: It is an ammonium bisulfite solution
with a high SO2 concentration reaching as far as 45%.
Oil industry: It controls corrosion by eliminating
the dissolved oxygen in water systems, it is also used in oil’s
secondary recovery.
Food industry: It has numerous applications.
Mining industry: The solution can be catalysed, depending
on the demand, in order to accelerate the sequestrating properties.
Concentration: Our company provides solutions of
varied concentrations according to the customer’s needs.
